Savor the harvest, honor the soil.
The Green Fork Bistro began with a simple idea: cook what the local farms grow, when they grow it. We work directly with nearby growers and ranchers, so our kitchen knows exactly where every carrot and cut of meat comes from.
Our menu changes with the seasons. Each dish is built around fresh produce and sustainable meats, cooked with care in a warm room designed for unhurried meals.

Our Journey
From our first dinner downtown to our partnerships with local farms, each season has shaped how we cook: seasonal food, honest hospitality, and care for the land.
We Open Our Doors Downtown
Chef Alex Martin and Sommelier Sarah Lee opened The Green Fork Bistro with a simple idea: cook seasonal food from local farms. We started with eight tables and a menu that changed every week.

We Partner With Local Farms
We began working directly with five family farms near the city, all growing without synthetic chemicals. We also started using every part of each ingredient so less food goes to waste.

Our Food Earns Critical Praise
The Gourmet Review praised our seasonal tasting menus, our wine pairings, and our friendly service. The honor encouraged us to keep building close ties with the farmers who supply our kitchen.

A Bigger Wine Cellar and Private Room
We have expanded our wine cellar and opened a private dining room for small groups. Each season we keep working with local growers to build new dishes from what is ripe right now.

Come taste this season's menu and wine pairings at our downtown tables.
